Wakefield Pediatrics Billing and Insurance

Please be sure to bring your child’s insurance card to each visit. You are responsible for providing us with your child’s current insurance information so that we can accurately bill each office visit.

We are contracted with most of the major health insurance carriers, but it is your responsibility to contact your insurer to make sure we are listed on your plan. Please feel free to contact our office with any questions regarding insurance or payment plan options.

Copayments: Please be prepared to pay your copayment at the time of your visit. We accept cash, checks and credit card payments.

We wanted to inform all of our patients that we have partnered with the collection firm Peter Roberts & Associates to help with the collection of past due bills.

If you have a balance that is overdue, and you have not responded with a payment or by contacting our office, we will send your bill to Peter Roberts & Associates and they will contact you directly to arrange payment.

We would also like to take this time to remind our patients that if you are unable to make a payment in full, there is the option of setting up a payment plan - you can do this through MyChart or by contacting our office directly.
