Transferring Care to Wakefield Pediatrics

Here is information for patients interested in transferring to our office. We are currently accepting newborn to early teen years. Since we strongly encourage full vaccination of all children, we are only accepting patients who are up to date on vaccines or who plan to vaccinate. This is for not only the safety of your child but for others as well. The providers of Wakefield Pediatrics are continuously keeping up with research and knowledge of immunizations in order to give the best care to the patients.

If you have any questions regarding transferring your child's care to us please feel free to reach out to our office. If you decide to bring your child to Wakefield Pediatrics, please provide us with your child’s complete medical records. Once we create and review your child’s medical history and immunizations we will reach out to you regarding scheduling an appointment. This process can take about 2-4 weeks. Please contact your insurance company to make sure we are within your network.
